Visit us at booth #2938 to see the latest in BMS test technology.

This year, BLOOMY® will showcase two models of battery cell simulators including the industry's highest power density cell simulator, as well as the industry's highest channel density cell simulator. Relied upon by battery, EV, eVTOL and electrification companies globally for more than a decade, BLOOMY's battery cell simulators are the safe and efficient means of testing battery management and other battery-sensitive systems.

Awarded a New Product Showcase, don't miss our presentation on the Battery Simulator 1201 at 10:00AM on Wednesday, October 8th in the BLOOMY booth.

With 12 cell channels per 1 rack unit, the updated Battery Simulator 1201 is the world’s highest channel density battery cell simulator. With 8 cell channels all capable of ±5A current, the Advanced Battery Simulator 800 is the world’s highest power density battery cell simulator.

Also on display, BLOOMY's 800V Battery Cell Simulation Tower, which is comprised of more than 200 series-connected cells; as well as our Desktop BMS HIL Simulator.

For customers that need an HV battery pack simulator as a fully assembled system, we now offer an 800V Battery Cell Simulation Tower, comprised of multiple series-connected battery cell simulator instruments, prewired and assembled at our factory. Combine with other vehicle HIL simulators to form a complete systems integration lab (SIL).
If you simply need to test a smaller BMS or CMU in a convenient desk- or bench-top location, the Desktop BMS™ HIL Test System provides 12-36 cells and other simulated battery signals in a rugged, transportable form factor, making it ideal for multi-person battery engineering teams!

The new eSoldier Power Monitoring System will be on display. Co-developed with the US Army, the system’s rugged, ultra-compact form factor and distributed sensors make it ideal for testing mobile equipment and for portable power data logging.
